throughout the year. Figure only $1 per bottle extra (minimum $25 fee) to make your gifts

Mock up this Label Form as you envision your own personalized label. Because of the
limitations of Web Page input forms, you cannot change the font type or size.
In the form enter each line of text which you would like to see on the label. You may
choose to keep to a traditional look with the wine's vintage and varietal information on
the front panel along with your personal line, or you may choose to be creative and do
your own thing on the front panel (and we will just tuck in the wine info wherever you
leave room).
We don't expect everyone to be a designer, so the simplest information will suffice.
