Our eldest daughter Katie Mae Fitzpatrick has become the heart of our kitchen. Not without experience working side by side over two decades with her Dad since she was a young girl, Katie became a natural preparing foods of great variety and many ethnic themes. Katie's prowess was recognized and awarded by the Culinary program at the Santa Rosa Junior College (California's oldest) which she completed with high marks. Back here at the Winery & Lodge Katie takes command of nearly all the weekly provisioning, food preparation for our famous Wood-Fired Oven Pizza Nights, our weekend Lunch program, weddings and special events.
Some of Katie's well-known specialties include her honey mustard vinegrette dressing, her fresh garlic and lemon hummus and her mini crab cakes to name a few. The future holds some great possibilities as Katie let's go and releases all her culinary talents.
