of mini-verticals, special rare re-releases of our Library wines will be
available starting November 26th, 2004. These unique collections make
perfect gifts, for the wine enthusiast in your life, that special business
client, great friends , relatives and anyone you care to treat to a very
memorable gift. Elegantly packaged cradled in excelsior in a wooden box
branded with "Uncork the Magic Collection / Fitzpatrick winery &
lodge" in Celtic lettering.
These collections are not meant to put away for further aging but to
create a wonderful evening to explore the nuances of one particular varietal
and how it reflects the differences of each vintage. You could easily build
a theme evening with tapas (appetizers) or dinner to set the stage to uncork
the magic of say, Syrah, with this ready to enjoy perfectly cellared flight of
three bottles from three vintages. Think of each Collection as a party in a
box just waiting to be uncorked.
