atop a hill in the Sierra Foothills, you can see forever and you'll feel
refreshed and inspired by the awesome beauty. And if the boss feels good,

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AND MEETING
FACILITIES
Our handsome log Lodge can host private functions and offers meeting
facilities for up to 50 (sit-down) people comfortably indoors. Depending on
the season's weather, you have the option to stage your private function or
meeting inside the 'Great Room' or outside on the 1600 square foot deck with
its spectacular panoramic views. You can also breakdown into smaller groups
and meet in the tasting room or 'overlook'. However creative your meeting
format, our Lodge offers a flexible and comfortable environment to insure a
successful evening.
OUR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE BUT ARE
NOT ALA CARTE - LET ME EXPLAIN
There are four categories of costs that add up to the total cost of your
function: 1)Bed & Breakfast accommodations, 2)Facility Use
Fee, 3)Catering, 4)Bar and occasionally there may be extra costs
incurred reflecting your particular needs. 1) Bed & Breakfast
accommodations: we do not allow functions here at the Lodge without the
inclusion of booking all five B&B rooms. If the function (eg. Wedding)
occurs on a weekend you must book all five rooms for two nights. The costs
vary depending on which days of the week ( click on http://www.fitzpatrickwinery.com/B_and_B
for exact prices). Exceptions to booking all 5 rooms may sometimes be
possible only on weekdays. 2)Facility Use Fee: When you book all 5 rooms your
party of 10 have no additional fees to use the facilities. However, when the
numbers exceed the 10 B&B guests, we have a sliding scale fee schedule.
Starting at $500 for up to 20 people, and $1000 for up to 50 people indoors /$2000
for up to 100 outdoors. This facility use fee secures the date and is non
refundable. Sometimes during the week we will make an exception to booking
all 5 rooms and make the facility use fee plus 1/2 the costs of the 5 rooms
for one weeknight (currently ~$275). 3)Catering: Our commercial kitchen is
capable of providing all your food service needs from breakfast, lunch,
dinner and snacks. Pricing must be customized to each function and reflect
the economies of scale. 4)Bar: Our tasting room is licensed to serve
Fitzpatrick wines, brandies, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. You are
charged for what your party consumes - no leftover inventory, no second
guessing consumption. Occasionally extra charges may be incurred and we will
discuss that with you in the planning of your function. For example: a
wedding party, booking all five B&B rooms,75 people for the wedding
reception including dinner & bar will total from $5,500 - $8,000 here at
Fitzpatrick's.
LODGING & CATERING
Our bed & breakfast accommodations include the 'Log Suite, (king bed
& queen futon sofa), the new Winemaker's Suite (the ultimate king bed,
tiled bathroom with arched shower and claw foot tub and the 'Irish', French
Basque' and 'Olde Fair Play' rooms (queen bed) all with private baths,
balconies and A/C. B&B guests enjoy a full breakfast each morning.
Additional rooms are available at nearby B&Bs (we'll assist you in this
regard). In-house catering allows us to offer you food service for any
occasion: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, teatime or snacks. From simply good
'comfort foods' to exciting multi-course formal dinners, we're happy to work
within your meeting plan and budget. Ethnic/Regional theme menus are our
specialty. All our food is prepared fresh from the best quality ingredients
available. Special dietary menus are no problem. Our new Wood-Fired brick
oven creates even more possibilities and becomes a focal point at every
occasion. Sit-down service, buffet or a hybrid of the two, we have fifteen
years experience to share with you.
SPECIAL BUSINESS SERVICES AVAILABLE ON
SITE: FAX / INTERNET ACCESS / COMPUTERS
with satelite internet connection, scanner, laser & other printers, VCR,
slide projector & screen / Daily UPS pickup & delivery / etc. You
will be in the beautiful Sierra Foothills but you're not without the most
modern communications available.
